Original vintage Anglo American 178 BESD, made in England. Rare and hard to come across, this gorgeous oval acetate frame has a wonderful mottled acetate in a gloss finish. A variety of browns, ambers and cream run through this frame with a light gold shimmer in places. The vintage styling of this frame is still on trend, and this frame is in excellent vintage condition, showing little sign of wear. The frame is very striking despite it's simplicity, one not to be missed. Despite the small eye size of this frame, the frame is still a generous size, with this distance across the inside front of the frame measuring 130mm. Anglo American Optical Company Ltd was founded in London in 1882, this makes them incredibly popular and the brand is full of heritage. The frame is in good vintage condition with wear to the inside end tips. The outside of the frame in in great condition with only minor surface wear. This frame is incredibly wearable, a generous size and very fashionable.
