American Optical vintage safety glasses / steampunk glasses in excellent vintage condition. These gold metal frame with adjustable nose pads feature mesh covered folding side shields which gave protection to the wearer. A double bridge bar is present again strengthening the frame. The inside bridge and right temple tip are marked with the British Standards, showing authenticity and heritage. The front has a slight pattern to the rim. The lenses in place, hold the the side shields in place and it is for this reason we would suggest you let us add lenses of your choice to the frame. to see the lens options available.
